Cancellation Policy
There is a 50% nonrefundable cancellation fee in place for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. This fee will be applied to the card on file when an appointment is canceled within the 24 hour window or following a missed appointment time with a grace period of 15 minutes. If there is no card on file, an invoice will be sent and payment will be required before rescheduling. Thank you for understanding that this policy is a form of protection for my small business and covers product purchased for your service, and time blocked off of my schedule.
